Good article, BUT who is the WE he is mentioning? If it wasn't for the Mara Conservancy and all they have done in the past, I think the Mara definitely would be in worst shape. With NO Government funding, the tourist population declining, camps being built after they were told NOT to, a ZOO trying to be erected, I fear that the Mara is in real danger. Animals refusing to drink from the River is another sure sign of things to come.
